For 15 years, Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and Northrop Grumman developed the Graduate Training Integration

Management System (GTIMS) to shape the new paradigm in efficient and economical management of flight ops and training.

As an integrated scheduling, training, stan/eval and resource management solution, GTIMS is the key repository for all ops data.

Commanders can maximize budgets of high value assets — aircraft, simulators, and fuel. Customized, tailored training allows personnel to complete training efficiently at the lowest possible cost.

GTIMS was selected to support F-35 training at Eglin Air Force Base for the U.S. Air Force. Enhances Air Combat Command-conducted FTU operations synchronized with AETC undergraduate and advanced training programs already using GTIMS.

Transformational GTIMS enabled AETC to save $22 million (17%) in annual UPT by identifying efficiencies in sorties, flying hours, and associated costs

AETC and ACC audits revealed a potential $200 million in savings had proper data documentation tracking capabilities been in place. Data and documentation tracking is the cornerstone of GTIMS.

Early AMC saving estimates include a four thousand man-hour savings per year for each squadron. AMC is also showing an early savings in printing and supplies of approximately $4K each year, for each squadron.

GTIMS is the innovative, advanced cost-savings tool of choice Today, GTIMS is being expanded via centralized implementation to support Air Mobility Command (AMC) worldwide ops, including KC-46 requirements.
