Gruppo Antonini is an established industrial entity, that has seen a major rationalization of its operational resources as a result of corporate merging of its companies: Baia di Pertusola S.r.l., Nuova Oma S.r.l., Nuova Olmec S.r.l., Nuova Oma Ferrara and Nuova Oma Congo Branch. Gruppo Antonini always sets new challenges in areas that historically have seen it to stand out: oil & gas, large steel structures, industrial plant and pressure vessel manufacturing, maintenance of complex installations with particular reference to those for the production and treatment of hydrocarbons. In order to meet market challenges, it has focused on its own staff competence and the flexibility of production facilities, ready to implement the various requirements of the several international Customers. Nevertheless Gruppo Antonini is always looking out for new business opportunities in emerging markets, in order to stand out as a landmark, even in new fields.

Pertusola Site has been active since four decades in the realization of great projects in the offshore and shipyard industry. Pertusola Yard was born from the need of Comm. Walter ANTONINI, entrepreneurr in La Spezia, acclaimed in the 70’s in the Sea Platforms for hydrocarbon extraction industry, to locate a “sea” area to widen his activity. In fact, as of that time, the various prefabricated structures of the La Spezia workshops were assembled in temporary coast yards, where the manufactured products were also loaded onto ships to be transported to their final installation site. In those years the “Mining and Metallurgy Company of Pertusola” was living difficult times due to the crisis in this industry; Comm. Antonini, having quickly established the required agreement, acquired its foundry and any ancillary structures: in 1977 the Company NAVALMARE S.p.A. was born. Pertusola Yard started its industrial activity on the 1st January 1980 and immediately became evident the possibility to acquire important and complex jobs. The first one was the Project F.P.S.O. NILDE , that is the mooring prototype of a great oil tanker on an oil well, loading the oil directly into the ship, suitably equipped to store the product. The Company started out a quick activity and logistics growth, where the acquired jobs were increasing in importance, with the project of Yard extension submitted to the Maritime Authority. In the year 2000, another share of the maritime public concession area was acquired, where the new activity of Nautical Yard for pleasure boats with annexed wintering area was started.




Metering Unit arises from the constant search, by Gruppo Antonini S.p.A., for new markets and new business opportunities not only within the Oil & Gas sector, traditional for the Group, but also in other sectors characterized by great innovation and development. Metering Unit has begun its activity in 2015, thanks to the skills acquired by Gruppo Antonini S.p.A. over decades of industrial activity and previous experiences in the Metering Systems for Custody Transfer. Metering Unit can rely on personnel with proven experience both in the specific area of custody transfer metering systems and in the management of complex and high-tech systems, typical of Oil & Gas sector. The close partnerships with leading international companies, operating for many years in custody transfer metering systems, completes the organizational framework in which Metering Unit is operating and are crucial for achieving ambitious results in a globalized and highly competitive market that requires we to pay particular attention to Customer satisfaction and support, the primary objective of Gruppo Antonini S.p.A.: "We believe that the satisfaction of our Customers for the support we provide’em in solving all the problems characteristic of complex, multivariable systems, such as those of custody transfer metering, can be for us the best business card to gain more and more confidence both with the Clients and with our Partners." Oma Unit


Oma Unit, at Groppoli Site, is the part of the group specialized in pressure vessel and plant construction. From the 1974 the Oma Unit realized plants for the petrochemical industry and pressure vessels with diameter until eight meter and length more than 30 m. In its workshops there are all the restricted areas for working special materials like duplex steel, titanium, Inconel. Sandblasting and painting shops are available to give to the client the job to the highest quality standards.

Oma Ferrara Unit


The Ferrara Unit was founded in 1954, but only in 2012 it joined Gruppo Antonini. This production site operates in the construction, installation and maintenance of systems and equipments, specific and planned maintenance of onshore and offshore sites. Construction activities are carried out in the workshop, a roofed area of more than 10,000 m², within an unroofed surface of more than 40.000 m2. The area dedicated to prefabrication activities is approximately 3.200 m².


Oma Congo Branch


The Congo Branch of Gruppo Antonini was founded in 2011, it arose from Gruppo Antonini's desire to get into the front lines of the international scene. The administrative headquarters are based in the city of Pointe Noire (Congo), located in the park of NDT CONGO, Avenue De Havre, Base Industrielle Total En diagonal de Boscongo. The Congo Branch has now a workforce of more than 180 people. Depending on the activities to be carried out, Gruppo Antonini avails two areas: • M'boundi area: 10.000 sqm. (workshop, warehouse, office, living area) • Port area: 5.000 sqm. (workshop, warehouse, offices) The Congo Branch provides all services related to logistics in Congo: assistance to all suppliers, interfaces with customer and third parties for the hook-up works, commissioning and support for the Start-Up, in order to conform to all the requirements for the best performance of the work in Congo.

GRUPPO ANTONINI S.p.A. operates in the Oil & Gas field, standing out for its own skills and capabilities in the global execution of Onshore & Offshore projects, providing engineering services, procurement, construction, commissioning and start up activities. Sea transport of big structures as well as manufacturing of big steelworks may be performed in order to give Customer a complete service on a turn-key basis.

Our company provides customer with a full support throughout the project, managing the work in all its parts: from engineering, procurement, project management, construction and commissioning, till start up. The main strong points of Antonini Group are:

• Construction of Gas / Oil platforms, on a turn-key basis, in EPC contract; • HOOK-UP works on site, revamping of existing systems; • electro-mechanical maintenance on site.

Gruppo Antonini owns two barges to transport manufactured products to the offshore installation site, being thus able to assure the Customer the respect of estimated time and cost for the “on-site” delivery.
