Spin - Saddle up for an exciting and fun way to pedal your way to cardiovascular fitness. There are no complicated moves to learn, just fantastic music to pedal in time to. This class is sure to develop your cardiovascular fitness, strength and stamina. Incorporates flats and hills simulated by increasing resistance .Box-Fit - Classic boxing using focus pads, punching bags and jumping ropes. Punch your way to great fitness levels doing intense enjoyable routines.Combat - Combine moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo. This session will raise fitness levels throughout the whole body whilst reducing fat and cholesterol.Step - Using simple moves that let you train at your own intensity. It features a mixture of cardiovascular training and muscle conditions to help tone and shape the whole INSANITYTM - High Intensity Interval Training is a new way to train and is designed to burn fat and increase fitness, it’s fast moving incorporating drills with short recovery periods.

Pilates - Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores physical vitality, revives the mind and uplifts the spirit. Yoga - Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control and simple meditation. If you’re looking to calm your mind and release your day to day worry, this is the class for you.

Active Life classes are aimed at those looking to improve their health and wellbeing. Active Aqua - A stimulating workout that combines mobility, aerobics, stretching in the pool. This session includes one hours free swim at the end of the class.

LES MILLS BODYPUMPTM - Is for anyone looking to get lean and toned. The original barbell class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body PumpTM gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. LBT - Legs, Bums and Tums. Get to grips with those wobbly bits! A complete lower body workout for those problem areas. Incorporating the use of hand weights, steps, bars and bands.Circuits - Achieve a full body workout. Involving both cardiovascular and resistance exercises to motivating music to get you great results.Kettle Bells - Kettle bells are a great way to help strengthen, tone and shape your body. GRIT STRENGTH focuses on full range of motion to build a strong athletic body. GRIT CARDIO will push your fitness to a different level through fast paced exercises. All GRIT SERIES are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results.SPRINTTM Highly energetic with huge bursts of maximal speed, strength and power taking cardiovascular fitness to the next level. Minimum impact on joints with huge fat loss and afterburn effects.

Aqua - A fun and invigorating all over body workout in the water, designed to effectively burn calories with minimal impact on the body. Great for those who are new or returning to exercise.
