Graduation Location •Le Parc Banquet Hall

•Take into consideration traffic along Hwy 7
Invitations •Every graduating student will receive an
invitation and TWO guest tickets. •Each guest MUST have a ticket to enter
(1 ticket= 1 guest)
Tickets •You may NOT give your guest ticket(s) away
to another student.
•Guest tickets are numbered and have been assigned to individual students.
Tickets •If you do not need two tickets, please return
to the main office. •A waitlist will be generated for students
requesting additional tickets, if available.
Tickets •Students requesting additional tickets will
sign-up when grad materials are picked up. •Additionally tickets will be distributed by
random draw. We hope to accommodate all requests, but must adhere to the fire code at
the banquet hall.

• Very important!!! You MUST pick-up your grad packages on Friday, June 9, 2017.
• First 30 minutes of each period; • Room 106.

• Graduate packages will include: Gown, Cap, Tassel, Invitation, Tickets, Grad Composite
• Submit vote for Valedictorian • Confirm name for Marshalling Card/Procession
Valedictorian Process •Graduating students will submit application
to be considered for valedictorian. •Applications for Valedictorian will be
available in the Guidance Office.
Valedictorian Process •Applications due Monday, June 5, 2017 by
4:00 p.m. in Guidance Office. •Voting will take place during Grad Pick-up day
on Friday, June 9, 2017.
Information For Graduates •Arrive at Le Parc Banquet Hall by 5:30 p.m.
•Go to Foyer through Doors 1 and 2
Grad Ceremony - Attire •Arrive wearing your Souvenir Cap and Gown!
•Choose your footwear wisely!
When you arrive • Pick up your Name Card/Marshalling Card at the
check-in table • Gather in the designated Marshalling area • Review Marshalling card and locate the Teacher
Marshall responsible for your portion of the Alpha - signs will be posted
Information for Guests •Doors to the ceremony will open at 6:00 p.m. •Ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp! •All guests MUST have a ticket •Refreshments provided after ceremony

During the Ceremony Crossing the Stage: •Follow Teacher Marshall instructions - rows
of students will be given directions when to line up
•Hand your name card to the Card Reader
During the Ceremony Crossing the Stage: •Cross stage, stop, receive “diploma”, shake
hands, turn and smile •Follow Usher instructions regarding return
route to your seat

Diploma Pick Up • Diplomas will be available in the main
