Supervision of Repairing and indigenization of New shaft: o Due to non availability of spare shaft, management decided to repair the crack shaft from M/S HMC..

Immediately, after repair, sketched the shaft by me and went to shershah, Karachi (old ship breaking parts available there). At shershah after choosing a unmachined shaft analyzed by me to meet the mechanical properties as per OEM shaft, Transported to a workshop at Lahore. Shaft has been machined and prepared under my supervision successfully. Now Plant is in Operation with repaired shaft and backup (newly prepared shaft) is placed in our G.Store.

Supervised Gear Box Replacemento Required Gear box has been identified, modified and installed at Cement mill for smooth operations

suppliers FLS & Co. Denmark. Checking of Design/Drawings submitted by FLS and assisted FLS Design personnel in layout and preparation plant Engineering Drawings. Participated in Geological Survey / Development Plan / Soil Investigation for the Plant.

Awarded Special increments by Managing Directors at two times during erection of above Projects on performance basis.
