(a) New fishing stake locality at Ribandar opposlite Goa Medical Hospital, Ribandar in, Manclovi R~llVer of 1 interspaces, applied by Smt. Ursulina Frois', House No. 269,Fondvem, Ribandar, Tiswadi Gua.

Expenses on advertisement before erection of stake Rs. '5'52/- (Rupees five hundred fifty two only). Basic amount for bi\iding is Rs. 55/..: (Rupees fifty five only) per interspace per annum.

(b) New fishing stake locality known as mouth of Mandur creek of 2 !nterspaces appl.ied by Shri Castor Vaz resident of House No. 144, P. O. Neura-Mandur, Tiswadi Goa. .

Expenses on advertisement before erection of stake is Rs. 399/- (Rupees three hundred ninety nine only). Basic amount for bidding is Rs. 152/- (Rupees fifty two only) per interspace per annum.

(c) New fishiut stake locality at Kitla opposite sluice gate Aldona in the river, Mapusa of 4 interspaces applied by Shri Vilas Rupi Chodankar, resident of Sirsaim, Kumannem, P. O. Tivim, Bardez-Goa.

The auction wiUbe carned out .accordi,ng to the Go~, Daman, and Diu Fisheries Rules, 1981. The auction will be ,further subject to the following terms and con,.clitions:....:.. '

1. The :~i\lction shall 1;>e for the. lease of fishing. stakes.

2. The period of lease shall be for 2 years and 6 months froon 1-7';1992 to 31-1'2-1994. '

3. The bidder against whora the previous duo" outstanding if any will bo allowed to auction only after he cleaoc's all the dues, sion of the Director in this behalf shall be finaL

4. The bidder shall have to deposit a sum of Rs, (Rupees one hundred only) prior to start of auction. The amount thus deposited will be to all other than the successful bidder,

5. In case the highest bidder fails to amount of the highest bid on the spot, deposit will be forfeited to the Government.

6. The successful bidder shalJ deposit on, the. spot 1 of the amount of the highest bid. The Subsequent talment shall be paId in accordance to the provlsl()n~ of the said Fisheries Rules, 1981.

7. The successful bidder shall also deposit 2/3rd of ttl" amount of the bid UE- security and execute deed of lease in respect of the fishing sta1ze bidded him within a period of 30 days from the datE' auction failing with the Director rnay cancel lease offered to him and an amount of Rs, 1'00/< deposited will be forfeited to the Government and the stake shall put to fresh auction.

8. The ,amount of Rs. 11(}0/- deposited prior to start of auction and 2/3rd security deposit will be refunded to the lessee after the expiry of the lease period.

9. The Director of Fisheries reserves the right to cancel or withhold the auction of all or any of the

fishing stake locality without aSSigning any re8.son thereof.
