OUR APPROACHWe view every assignment as unique and adopt a flexible approach to attract and hire the besttalent available in the market. We draw upon experience gained in previous searches anddeliver not just a set of candidates, but also a discussion on market availability, comparativebenchmarking and the best solution for our clients

In general, our searchprocess consists of, but is not limited to, thefollowing phrases,throughout which we will communicate closely with the client, thus guaranteeing asuccessful outcome:

Define objectives and specification:Ensure understanding of client’sbusiness and culture, obtainconsensus on position scope andresponsibilities, compensationpackage, reporting relationships andthe profile of the candidate. Developthe search plan, including thecompany, position and personprofiles. Client feedback.

Identify and assess candidates:Identify and confirm the targetmarkets and mobilise informationresources. Identify candidatesincluding internal resources asappropriate. Screen, interview andevaluate against agreed profiles, thenfine tune short list.

Prepare background profiles,verifications and reports. Review this with client and obtain feedback.

Client interviews:Facilitate client interviews ofcandidates. Feedback and debriefingfrom client and candidates.Referencing, conduct management /leadership assessments if required.Select finalists. Obtain client feedback.

Select candidate:Conduct finalist interviews asrequired. Negotiate salary andbenefits. Feedback and closure.

Closure and follow up with clientand candidate:Maintain contact with client andcandidate to ensure smoothtransition and client and candidatesatisfaction. Feedback to both clientand candidate.
