CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION? OUR ONLY PURPOSE: launch of “RaD”

The daily commitment to quality and the

wide experience certified by over 30 years of activity,

have lead Tecnidea Cidue to become the point of

reference to an ever-growing number of companies

which contact us in order to solve the applicative

problems of their machines.

The various requests involve

both the planning design and the

applicable aspect. The queries ra-

ther than being always easily solva-

ble require in some cases a complex

solution. In order to properly deal

with these topics and maintain a

high degree of continuity, TC2 has

established a group of specialists,

whose aim is to address the issues

with competence. Hence the

launch of the RaD branch,

Under this circumstance in

Tecnidea Cidue we have developed RaD,

whose primary concern is the study and the (of-

fering) provision of technical solutions which

meet the needs of the customer. Starting from

the inquiries with the constructor, once that all

the useful data for a complete analysis have

been gathered, RaD organizes them, hypothe-

sizes applicable solutions and lays the ground-

work for the technical aspects.

The data sheets we have created pair

with the costumer’s form. Through their filling in,

they indicate which is the most viable realization

of the applications, by showing functioning dia-

gram and data project.

Our design department performs the

calculations and analyzes the optimal solution.

This can fall into the standard ones TC2 offers,

but frequently a tailored solution in shape and

size has to be found, in order to perfectly suits in

the costumer’s applications. The customization

process involves the chance of choosing be-

tween different materials such as steel, alumi-

num, cast-iron and stainless steel and among

different processes such as galvanization, sand-

blasting, pickling and painting. Another im-

portant feature of the customization process is

the choice of the color.

The customer can choose the color he prefers among the RAL’s product line in order to customize his prod-

ucts: this is not however a peculiarity which lies only in the color. By maintaining the manufacture in Italy, TC2

does not only cover a wide range of choice by this single aspect, but guarantees both the speeding up of the

study and the realization of custom based items.

HANNOVER MESSE

In continuity with the previous years,

2015 also witnessed the participation of

Tecnidea Cidue in the Hannover Messe.

As always, we were punctually visited by

our customers and long-time distributors: some

came to talk about new markets, products and

possibilities, others just to share a glass of wine

and enjoy the company, since years of work to-

gether have indeed established a bond of friend-

ship that makes the approach to discussion a fa-

miliar one.

There have been many new contacts and

wide has been the interest caused by the new

TC2 products that keep coming out of our tech-

nical department. The most successful among

these new products, was

GR, GRUPPI DI RINVIO.

Ten Bloc

"DECA Un"

Enjoyable time with customers, suppliers, but especially friends.

Tecnidea Cidue has devised a range of manual and au-

tomatic products for the tensioning of the drive shaft in

chain, ribbon, roller, strap conveyors. These solutions can

help designers/architects eliminate elaborated and ex-

pensive systems, replacing them with pressure group al-

ready available for the market. These items, in particular,

are obtained by the development of the spring elements:

TEN BLOC and ASSO. Both these evolutions fall into other

two categories: AUTOMATICS (with spring) and MANUALS.

The automatic groups TEN BLOC are DECA (elastic ele-

ment with internal spring), DECA Pr (elastic element with

internal spring and preloading system) and DECA Un

(elastic unidirectional element with internal spring and

only thrusting motion). The manual groups in TEN BLOC

range are called GRT.

The ASSO automatic and manual transmission “gruppi di

rinvio” allow different choices for the assembly and are

classified as follows: GRAF – GRAL – GRF – GRL – GRS.

Questi tenditori sono realizzati in acciaio. Le superfici sono ricoperte con un trattamento di zincatura e vengono forniti con viteria in acciaio zincato. These tensioners are made of steel. The surfaces are covered with a galvanized treatment and they are delivered with galvanized steel bolts and screw. Diese Spannelemente sind aus Stahl gefertigt. Die Oberfläche ist mit Zink überzogen und auch die Befestigungsschrauben werden in verzinkten Stahl geliefert.

Diese Spannelemente sind aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Die Komponenten sind gebeizt und sandgestrahlt. Die Oberfläche wurde einer Passivierung unterzogen.
