We are going to speak about food in our region and its importance for the economy of our villages and towns.GASTRONOMY

INTRODUCTION
We will present you four dishes which are popular in our region . Food is very important for the economy of our region.And…. These are our dishes!!!!!-Potatoes “a la riojana”-Pears in wine- Beans “a la riojana”-Cod “a la riojana””
POTATOES “a la riojana”
INGREDIENTS :Potatoes to cook.Cured sausage.2 big onions.3 bay leaves.50 ml of extra virgin olive oil.4 dry peppers soaked in water.6 cloves of garlic.Water.Salt.Cayenne.

THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS
ELABORATIONFirstly pour a stream of olive oil in a cooking pot. Chop an onion and some garlic and put it in the cooking pot .
Secondly , cut a piece of chorizo off with a knife and add it to the mixture of onion and garlic.
Then , peel some potatoes and cut them in medium pieces . After that ,put them into the pot . Then, add water till you cover the potatoes and add a leaf of bay, two dried red peppers and put a pinch of saet and paprica on it.
Finally , it boils for an hour.
PEARS IN RED WINE
INGREDIENTS: 4 pears conference home Rincon de
Soto 1 litre of wine 1 stick of vanilla 100 grams of raspberry jam 2 stick of cinnamon 200 grams of sugar
ELABORATION: 1-Peel pears, cut in half and
remove their hearts.
We put them in a pan with the wine,sugar,vainilla and cinnamon.They boil and we must let them simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove the pears.Add the jam and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes more,stirring continuously.Sprinkle the pears with the syrup obtained.

BEANS “a la riojana”INGREDIENTS:
-150grams red beans-onion-garlic-green pepper-chorizo, ribs, bacon ...-virgin olive oil
-RED BEAN
-ONION
-GARLIC
-GREEN PEPPER
-CHORIZO, RIBS, BACON
-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS
The beans are soaked overnight. They are put in a pot with water. When it starts to boil, rib or bacon is added. After an hour, raw onions, garlic, one green pepper, sausage and salt are added. Let it go by slowly, until the beans are tender.
PREPARATION
COD “a la riojana”
INGREDIENTS-COD -OLIVE OIL-GARLICS-ONION-SALT-LITTLE OF SUGGAR-TOMATO-CAYENNE
PREPARATIONFirst, we put the olive oil and the garlics in the pot.
Then, we put the cayenne in the pot.
PREPARATION
Now, we put the cod in the pot, so it fries.
Finally, we pour the tomato in the pot, and we wait for ten minutes.
This is the result.
