MY INSPIRATION…
MATERIALS… Human Made
Pink Ribbon Plastic Geese Uncooked Soup Plastic Pearl Pink Beads
Natural Made Red Rose White Flower Green Leaf Green Stem Dirt Rocks
GETTING STARTED… I decided to go with the complimentary
color schemes because I wanted to intergrate different colors to represent my garden.
I first used the spray paint to add some color to my plastic geese. I decided to use purple to help them stand out. While they were outside drying, I began decorating my shoe.
I used the pink ribbon to outline the shoe and hot glued the first flower in the center part of the shoe.
STEPS…
CONTINUED… I began gluing the pink dots to the top of the
flower. This was done in order to create a circular shape. I also glued the small rocks found in garden in order to create that organic shape and bumpy texture. The rose was also glued to represent a soft texture along with more organic shapes.
MOVING ALONG…. After gluing the pebbles I used plastic geese
and glued them on top of the pebbles. This fit just great for my garden theme.
FINISHED PRODUCT… When I began thinking about this project, I
wanted to create something that represented nature. I decided to turn my shoe into a garden and this is my final product made out of 5 unique natural and 5 unique human made found objects, used shoe, lots of creativity, and artist thinking!
