EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project work is pursued as a part of MBA summer training at IFTM
University, Moradabad. It is undertaken as a traineeship at Parag The project is done
under expert supervision and guidance of Mr. Rajveer Singh (Marketing Manager,
Parag)
The Project is about the study of Distribution and Transportation of Parag.
This summer training report is done in Parag The main aim of the report is to find out
and to analysis the Distribution and Transport methods adopted by Parag. Almost all
the aspects is covered here, which are related to the Transport and Distribution and its
procedure. The company profile and product range is given in the beginning of the
report.
India being the third highest milk producing country in the world and having a high
population of milk animal provides excellent opportunity for the dairy industry.
Moradabad Sahkari Sangh Milk Board is oldest form of Moradabad attain
maximum market share due to their quality and image But due to Compton Parag
Looses their few present market share At past Parag sell 15000 Liter Per day but at
present sell only 12700 liter per day.
M.D.U.S.S. Ltd. Dalpatpur Distt. Moradabad was established 13th November
in 1968 in augural by co-operative minister Dr.. Ganga Bhakt Singh. This factor is
distance from Moradabad city to Dalpatpur only 12 km. This is 22 Acore Areas
abroad and have employees work in it and head office of this Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari
Sangh Ltd. at Lucknow all over U.P. 29th branch of the PARAG dugdh utpadak
sangh which given below.

The total percentage of users of polypack milk is 18-21% only and parag
percentage is 55-60% at present the rate of parag is slightly goes down so time by
time parag sangh make high strategy to aware the consumer about polypack milk.
