Fun & Movement
Mass Activity
Picking a ball at the starting point, the children slide to the next point.
Developing their coordination as they slide (open, close, open, close ….).
Using the overhead throw, the children practice their aim as they throw the ball
through the hoops hanging in front of them.

Confidence training!
The Love children build their confidence as they attempt to jump from a height.
Warming up with a sprint towards the Teacher when their name is called and give Teacher a high 5!

Practising jumping for distance. This week, the distance between one jump to the next was increased!
The children were encouraged to step up the block instead of crawling up.
It was really great to see them trying!

Walking to the end of the block, the Love children were challenged to jump off the block
and land with 2 feet.
The children were taught the technique of bending their knees when they land.
The Love 2 children’s courage was stretched further as they cross over 2 blocks with a gap in the middle!

Aesthetics (Art/Craft)
Joy & Peace
We made a “stand-up” garden and a flying butterfly.
Making the garden - Fold the paper accordion style and taping it onto the wooden craft stick.
Design, cut out and tape the flowers onto the garden
Making the butterfly ……
– Decorate the tracing paper, fold it and put the pipe cleaner in the centre to form the antennae
Choose the coloured straws and Teacher helped to staple the butterfly onto the straw.
Our garden is ready for the butterfly!
