Eurodance Champioships, Berlin 2013, sunday morning. Saturday was already great, I had a good time shooting all the nice, crazy, beautiful, inspiring and highly talented people who came together to have a good time on those long wooden planks. I grabbed my camerabag, my board, a coffee and started again. Another day in baking sunshine, seeing faces, meeting longboarders from all over, making friends. And document everything on film. Some of the best days of the past two years I spend like this, travelling from mountains to molehills, documenting the longboarders around me and have a close look at people who really love that lifestyle, who travel from one end of europe to the other with no money, no sponsor, but tons of love and dedication. And after all I decided to return some of the love I received. So this book is to celebrate you, to celebrate the longboard-scene! All the dancers, downhill-heads, sliders, cruisers, slalom-geeks, all the die-hard-ladies and all the nice gentlemen I met on the hills, the parks and streets.
