Fresno Vote Centers and Ballot Drop-Off Boxes:VOTE CENTERS: Fresno County is not using traditional polling places. Instead, 53 Vote Centers will be open throughout the County from October 31-November 3. From October 31-November 2, their hours are 9am-5pm. On Election Day, they will be open from 7am-8pm. You do NOT have to go to your designated polling place as in previous years — any Fresno County resident can go to ANY Vote Center to:• Vote in-person on an accessible tablet• Get language assistance (certain Vote Centers provide

assistance with certain languages — languages are marked on the list of Vote Centers on reverse)

• Obtain a replacement ballot• Drop off a mail-in ballot• Register to vote conditionally• Get any other assistance neededAdditionally, the Elections Office (2221 Kern St, Fresno) will be open on weekdays from 8:30am-5:00pm starting October 5 for early in-person voting and voter registration (the voter registration deadline is October 19). You are not required to present a Voter ID unless you are voting for the first time after registering to vote by mail, and you did not provide your driver’s license, California ID or the last 4 digits of your social security number when you registered.

BALLOT DROP BOXES: Vote by mail ballots can also be returned to one of 64 ballot drop-off boxes throughout the county, open beginning October 5. Ballots must be placed in a drop box by 8pm on Election Day (November 3) to be counted. Ballots can also be returned by mail, postmarked no later than November 3. Ballot drop boxes are a secure and safe way to cast your vote this election. All ballots placed in drop boxes will be counted on or before election day.
