Our pricing structure is simple – the minimum order per box is 100 stems, which can be made up from any number of products in 10 stem bunches

Orders must to be confirmed to us by midday on Tuesdays for delivery to you on Monday morning of the following week.

Don’t worry, this is a simple process – we can send you an application form if you have not already received one, please email or call using the details given below.

Once received and approved we are good to go and will send you an order form by email. Amendments and/or cancellations to orders must be made before midday on the Thursday before delivery.

We ask for new customers to pay for their first 3 orders prior to dispatch Trade accounts with 30-day payment terms can be applied for

after 3 consecutive orders

Claims must be received within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and reports of damaged goods need to be accompanied by supporting photos
