Imagine there was no possible way to lose
weight.
Whatever body you have today is the body
you have forever.
There would be no use in “trying to lose
weight” because there is no method to do
that.
People who are smaller wouldn’t be able to look
at people who are bigger an make
assumptions about their failure to lose weight.
It would be understood that there are simply different bodies out
there and it was simply luck of the draw.
Society wouldn’t make assumptions about your health or well being based on
weight.
Because some people would have bigger
bodies regardless of how healthy they are, or how much they moved.
Judgment about weight would lessen because it
wasn’t a reflection of your striving towards
perfection but simply the genes you were given.
How does this feel?
For some of you it may infuriate you.
And for others, it would be freedom.
The truth is I don’t know how much your physical body is able
to change.
I do believe that if you have a strong and honest desire for
something it’s possible.
But the bottom line is you can be healthy,
happy and free without the physical
body changing at all.
It requires you to stop beating yourself up for being where you are.
And to stop defining yourself through the
perceptions of others.
