She also holds a B.S. in Home Economic from Bendel State University. She has a masters in educational administration; lectured at college of education Warri and Yaba college of technology, Lagos.She attended the London College of Fashion and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She has extensive experience as a classroom teacher and lecturer of pattern drafting, clothing construction, merchandising, soft furnishings and accessories. She is a former owner/director of a fashion training school. As well as the designer of an original clothing line that supplied to hotels throughout her native country Wanda Bruno, a native of Philadelphia, worked for many years on the design teams at Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Betsey Johnson, Saks 5th Avenue, Brooks Brothers and many other designer companies and high-end retailers. She has traveled across the world to personally oversee the development of many of these designer lines. She is the founder and director of several boutique sewing schools in select fabric stores and artisan boutiques throughout New York City, that teaches hundreds of adults, teens and kids to sew each year. Wanda has authored several sewing curriculum workbooks in addition to editting the Freehand Cutting Book series
