On November 18 and 19, the city o Goinia will host the 1st Regional Forum on

General Aviation, sponsored by ABAG (Brazilian General Aviation Association),

the same entity that organizes Labace, now considered the biggest executive

aviation event in Latin America. The purpose o the Forum is to pair an aircrat

exposition with a cycle o lectures. The event already has the support o

the State o Gois.

The city o Goiania now has the countrys second largest aviation pole, with

numerous aviation companies oering a variety o services, and also has

recognized potential in human resources training in a range o aviation activities.

ABAG believes that the city unites the interests o West/Central Brazil, especially

o Brasilia, Cuiab and Campo Grande and it wants to make the event an annual

part o the citys ocial calendar.

out the inscription orm and the contract. Print these orms, sign them and send by e-mail

to [email protected] or by ax to +55 (11) 5031-1900.

All payments should be made by September 30, 2011. Companies with balance due will be

unable to set up stands until the amount owed in paid in ull.

Hangar EXHIBITIon:

The stands in the hangars green zone are reserved or companies that have aircrat in the

static display area.

EXpoSITIon aIrcraT In THE STaTIc dISplay arEa:

As we have limited space in the static display area, we are limiting the exposition

to one aircrat per exhibiting enterprise. Each company with an aircrat is obliged to

contract or at least one stand module in the exposition hangar.

The aircrat must be available or placement on the patio by noon on 11/17/2011.

cancEllaTIon polIcy:

The management o the Regional Forum has a rm policy o not giving reunds in case o

cancellation, at any time. Exhibitors should strictly ollow the payment policy in order toguarantee their Exposition Space. Reduction o exposition area at the Regional Forum will

be considered cancellation.

crEdEnTIalS:

Each 3m x 3m module gives the exhibitor 10 credentials or Forum guests. Each module o

the static area gives the right or 2 guest credentials. The team o proessionals who work

at the event or the exhibitor do not reduce the quota o credentials above.

EXHIBITorS KIT:

Access to the Exhibitors Kit will be sent by email to the exhibitors who realize full payment

or their participation in the Regional Forum. The package will include the Exhibitors

Manual and with detailed rules or exhibition at the event, orms to ask or services,

credentials and hotel reservations.
