SALES CONDITIONS PAYMENT:

Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment in advance (bank transfer).

Open accounts only upon approval.

According to art. 1470 and 1509 of the Italian Civil Code the goods remain property of Candidus Prugger SAS until they are fully paid.

DEPOSITS:

Orders for modified items will require a 50% deposit.

RETURN POLICIES:

60 day return policy strictly enforced.

15% restocking charge will apply on all returns.

No returns accepted on customized orders or on material that has been finished or altered in any way.

All returns must be properly packaged and items will be inspected upon return before a credit will be issued.

No credit will be given on unauthorized returns.
