home visit and medication safety training courses 2. Design home visit checklist and regular visit and transferal procedure for volunteers to

investigate the medication of the target group; for cases that require individual assistance, volunteers can refer them to medication consulting station.

Prevention) Target: Cadre of District Office, head of borough and neighborhood, community resource

unit (such as community development association, volunteers of care-giving centers)

Methods: Invite direct community service workers to be seed members and attend training program. Uniting the home safety group, relevant service workers visit the high-risk case, identify suicide prone residents and invite professionals for counseling.
