During 2007 through 2009, NM Wing was found to be non-compliant with CAPR 62-2, which requires an online Form 78 Mishap Report within 48 hours of any damage to CAP property, or personal injury.
NM Wing MUST comply 100% with CAPR 62-2 Mishap Reporting requirements. Failure to comply is not an option.
Only you, as a CAP team member, by timely Form 78 Mishap Reporting, can ensure that our NM Wing remains compliant with CAP regulations.
