Doubling and Halving Recipes

To double the ingredients in a recipe you times the number by 2.

For example: 2 eggs x 2 = 4 eggs

or ½ c. sugar x 2 = 1 c. sugar

or 2/3 t. salt x 2= 4/3 or 1 1/3 t. salt
