Next year’s 11’s should be available in July.

Check your Form 12’s and your warehouse provided expiration reports to be sure that you have arranged to have all commodities delivered before the end of school.

YEAR END CLOSEOUT OF COMMODITIES SY 13-14

Use your commodities before the school year ends. Even though it’s acceptable, there should be no need this year to store commodities over the summer at your distributor’s warehouse.

If you intend to leave commodities with your distributor, YOU MUST…

Submit HOLD FORM to our office and distributor.Order your items for SY 14-15 through the online ordering system before the end of SY 13-14.If not, your food will become part of the EOY inventory that we transfer to someone else.

DELIVERY PRICE INCREASES

• The CPI rose 1.5% during 2013.• Both distributors requested and were granted

price increases.• The 1.5% increase means that the weekly

delivery prices will go up by $0.03 per case.• Pick-up prices and extra storage charges will

increase accordingly.• New prices will be effective June 1, 2014.• New prices will be shown in the FDP Update

you’ll receive this summer. 6
