CLINICAL APLICATION

For one of the investigations referred below as the utility is the modification and creation of food allergens allow people who have allergies to improve their quality of life reducing risks and hope for the treatment of food allergies. Compared to another study, the advantage is that it is a low cost system for diagnosing diseases that could save countless leaves. We also have a profound impact on the health care industry. The new technique, known immunosignaturing, could provide rapid diagnosis presymptomatic for a wide range of ailments, form infectious diseases to chronic afflictions, which offer the best hope for successful treatment.

Science and medical research have been charged with pharmacological and molecular aid to improve the quality of patients whose pathologies becomes the target of many scientific studies. Implementation of ELISA probe for the diagnosis of certain diseases allowing that science give a solution for the manifestations of patients with either infectious or chronic diseases, on the other hand, it is also necessary to note that allergies studies has increase to give to the patient a different solution to abstinence. The meaning of these studies is to maintain a low cost system for the diagnosis of diseases in order to save lives, the impact on industry is very important. The new technique, known as immunosignaturing, could provide a rapid, diagnosis, presymptomatic for many pathologies form infectious to chronic diseases, offering the best hope successful treatment.

IINTRODUCTION

National authorities design the official checks of food allergens have a common basis for the acceptance of test methods. The new guide is important because consumer depend on accurate labeling of food products to avoid allergic reactions. The use of methods of probe call ELISA ( enzyme– linked immunosorbent assay) for detection of food contaminants and residues. ELISA is for analysis of food allergens. Food allergen are proteins, witch are large an complex molecules. Scientists will have to deal with the right mix of proteins markers in food samples to reliably detect the presence of allergens. Specific proteins must meet criteria such as the efficiency with which they are extracted form food sample and ability to support food productions processes. CONCLUSION: Consumers allergic to certain food ingredients will benefit form a higher level of protection by the availability of harmonized test methods and reliable, and international trade will be facilitated by implementation of mutually agreed testing protocols.OBSERVATION: From my point of view, these studies are useful and handling in patients with food allergies, thus benefiting the allergic population that requires research support to enable them to have a better life.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Dr Bart Legutki has pioneered a method for profiling the immune system , using clues provided by antibody activity to track an individuals state health. The new technique , known as immunosignaturing, could provide presymptomatic diagnosis for a broad range ailments. The immunosignature can be thought of as a snapshot of an individuals immune system activity at the point in time the test taken. The test involves a tiny sample of blood that is spread across slide, with a resulting image appears as a pattern of colored spots. Johnston said that with traditional test like ELISA , you are only analyzing the immune response to very defined things.

CONCLUSION: The immunosignaturing it’s a new method that could discover presymptomatic diagnosis that involucres immune system, and is more specific that other tests.

OBSERVATION: In my opinion, this studies are good for all people because have low cost s and are very specific to determine many symptoms of immunological pathologies.

CLINICAL IMPORTANCEThis type of testing is important for development and medical advance because it seeks the benefit of patients suffering from certain diseases.

The invention of new medical identification techniques are suitable not only for the patient but also for molecular scientists and their sponsoring organizations.

Besides being specific and effective new techniques, are projects that have access to the entire population being of low cost, that is, apart from being very specific tests are tests for all patients.
