Human CD45+ cells were enumerated by flow cytometry at daily intervals following PBMC engraftment.Significant engraftment was observed after 14 days. The majority of human CD45+ cells are CD3+ T cells.

Irradiation exacerbates GvHD in PBMC engrafted NOG mice. Survival curves for PBMC engrafted NOG mice at increasing doses of radiation with or without pre-treatment with anti-TNFα blocking antibody.
