Why do the Alumni run Future Leaders Training?

To make future leaders of teams truly ‘Enactused’ & learn from former leaders Turn potential leaders into the real future of a team Reduce the likelihood of teams suffering a ‘poor handover’ To boost future planning and individual goal setting, particularly over summer Increase depth of knowledge and understanding of ‘quality’ teams & projects After two incredibly successful years, we have refined and grown this to be one

of the standout events of the Enactus calendar

Event Outcomes:

Students step up into second/third year key roles, understanding the change in role

Empowered to be an ‘Enactus Leader’ Understand clear strategies to drive a team forward & the knowledge of how to

build future strategies Increased confidence and motivation Students will be more effective leaders with this training, than without Will have greater knowledge of the big picture, and ability to inspire team

Who to Invite

First/second year students who have shown the desire to step up into leadership roles

President/VP candidates/Future Project Leaders Look to balance proven track record against sheer determinism and freshness

to team Thirst to learn, can both teach and apply what they learn to the team after the
