Flow Metering
In the bulk materials industry accurate flow metering is decisive for increasing productivity. With its use the exact quantity of the flowing material is provided. The influencing power, flow speed and further indicators ultimately provide by means of an appropriate measuring transmitter an exact measurement result. Exact output with REMBE® Kersting transmittersThe transmitters EVA HighEnd and ADAM HighEnd are developments of REMBE® Kersting. Both transmitters are designed for dynamic measurements. As a result the two modules can be optimally integrated into different areas of flow metering. They store and show data; for example accurate flow during truck loading or coal transportation.

C-LEVER®The C-LEVER® is the optimal measuring device for inline mass flow measurement. Whether for pre-loading in a lorry or admixture of products: The measuring unit recognises the exact feed rate and relays this to the transmitter.

VASOMETER®The VASOMETER® is a flow metering system for freely falling bulk materials in hygienically demanding areas. It enables flow metering within sterile processes because of its easy cleaning.
• Short downtimes: opening of the measuring device or a lengthy disassembly are not required.
• Low maintenance – no moving parts.• Easy retrofitting into existing systems.• Can also be used in explosion-prone atmospheres.
MicroFlowThe MicroFlow was developed for inline mass measurement of pneumatically conveyed bulk materials. The meter is used in metallic pipelines.
• Mass flow measurement for pneumatic conveyed powder.• Detection of no-load and blockage in the pipe system.• Dust-free inline monitoring.• Reliable, durable, maintenance-free: sensor does not protrude into the pipes –
so mechanical blockages are impossible.
UNIBAND®The UNIBAND® is a belt scale for the weighing of continuous material flows. With the easy integration into a conveyor system it can be used for any bulk material throughput and economical realization of consumption measurements.
