3. Run (may see a Gold bar at bottom of screen)
4. Continue … to sign on screen
All FSE computers have the Citrix application installed.

CITRIX ID & PASSWORDSYour TPC/5* Network ID & Citrix ID Formats for log on is usually your First name,
period, Last name.
PASSWORD Complexity:
• Minimum 10 Characters in length. Maximum of 12 characters in length.*
*NOTE: some users with sensitive data access may have longer character requirements
• Contains at least one UPPER case & lower case letter
• Contains at least one number
• Contains at least one special Character (for example: !@#$%^&*)
For Example: ID= mickey.mouse Password= D1$neyL@nd
Passwords must be changed every 90 days, and you cannot reuse a password.9
JDE ID & PASSWORDSYour JDE ID format for log on is usually the initial of your First name, Last name.

Click your Name, under “Personalization” , click “ My System Options”
Under “My System Options”
Click “Change Password”
In the “User Password Revisions” page, type your current password, then create a new JDE
password that meets these qualifications:
• Is 8 to 10 characters in length
• Contains at least : one upper case letter, lower case letter, a numeral, and a special
character (such as ! ). These can be in any order.
JDE Passwords must be changed every 90 days and you cannot re-use passwords.
Click the Save Icon to complete the change
THE JDE CAROUSELLook for the ∆ symbol along the border. You can move the Carousel
to any side of the screen. Just Click on Carousel, Hold down, and drag
to where you want it.

positioned along the top of the screen. Note how
the shortcut bar is “over” the Tabs bar. Clicking
the “<<“ will collapse the shortcut bar.

HOW TO PRINT YOUR PAY STUBNavigate to the Five Star Entry page by clicking Five Star Time Entry in your carousel,
then click “View My Payments.”
In the “Work With Pay Stub History” window,
Click the row that you want to display .
You have two options:
A) Click the Select Button. -- OR --
B) Click “ROW” then select “Pay Stub Info”2

NOTE: You can only select & view one paystub at a time. Thus, you can not select a range of paystubs at once.

In the “Pay Stub History Information”
window, click “Form” then “Employee
Print”

In the “Printer Selection” screen,
Click the Green Checkmark,
your job– as seen in your
“Recent Reports” – will launch
Adobe Reader to show your
Paystub in PDF file format. In the Adobe window, click “File > Print”

• IF - for example - you normally charge time to
#3 & #50 do not enter a job code – your number
will automatically be populated.
• IF you CHARGE TO A JOB you will need to enter
the converted Job Number and Cost code for
each block of time.

THERE MAY BE A SHARED FOLDER THAT HAS THE CONVERTED “OLD” & “NEW” JOB NUMBERS.… DETAILS WILL BE FORTHCOMING IF THAT OCCURS

VACATION & HOLIDAY FAQ’S +
• If your Vacation & Holiday are paid by the Union, DO NOT enter that time in JDE.
• If your Vacation & Holiday are paid by Five Star Electric, you MUST enter that time in
JDE.
• Job Charged employees who get paid for their vacation and holidays will charge their
vacation and holidays to the jobs that they use.
• For salaried personnel that work –for example- on a Sunday (unexpectedly) then you
do not put in time for Sunday, just your normal hours for your usual salary.
-----Salaried employees can only enter in their weekly standard hours and not
anything additional. If they enter in time that is not their standard hours, the
payroll team will reject their time and might cause a delay in payment to the
employee.

“Report a Technical Issue” dialog box
appears. Complete the Fields.
Summary : a brief several word, high level,
description of the issue.
Description : Describe in detail what you
were doing, where you were in JDE, the error
you encountered, etc.
General Issue Class : Application
Application System : JDE
Issue Detail : the module of JDE you were
using, such as HR, PUR (Purchasing), JC, GL,
etc. …
Urgency : 3 – no Rush is the Standard.
In the “Additional” section, paste a screen
shot of the error, or use the “Attach a File.”
Click OK.
4 –The next window is your ticket detail
window. Additionally, you will receive an
email notification of your ticket creation.

IF Timecard is rejected or needs correction …
• Employees & Supervisor must submit final corrected timecard by:
2:00 PM Wednesday
• Time Entry starts Thursday, March 29th
• Employee need to enter time daily.
