1st Annual BWYC Invitational Trout Championship

Where: Bay Waveland Yacht Club

When: SATURDAY, JUNE 25, 2011

Registration: We will accept one payment from each team. Team Captains are responsible for payment. This is an Invitational tournament and 1 Captain of each team MUST be a member of a GYA Club and will be responsible for any crew and guest. Teams will be representing their yacht clubs. The winning Club and team will be recognized following the event with a trophy presentation. While you may enter at the Captains meeting it would be helpful if you fill out entry form and mail your team’s entry fee to: BWYC Attn: Invitational Trout Championship P.O. Box 3715 Bay St. Louis, MS 39521. Please make checks payable to BWYC.

Entry Fee: $25. per person Team Captains please fill out all team members and submit payment.

ONE FORM PER TEAM ONE PAYMENT PER TEAM. Following the weigh in there will be a trophy presentation followed by live music and a fish fry.

Categories: The Team with the heaviest 3 Trout stringer will determine winning club

Largest Trout will be recognized

CAPTAIN’S MEETING Friday, June 24th @ 7:30pm. Each team must have at least 1 person present. Weigh Master will answer questions and go over tournament rules during Captain’s Meeting. Calcutta opportunities at after meeting.

ALL STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED All boats must depart from the BWYC by water. The order in which your entry form was processed will determine team starting times. Tournament Start Time: Safe Light WEIGH-IN Scales Open at 2:00P.M. and Close at 5:00pm Sharp. More information will be posted on BWYC website soon.
