    Problem background

    The existing incubators have inconsistent temperature and will

    increase the percentage of hatching failure. Thus, improvements mustbe made to overcome this problem.

    Scope

    Design and build various species of quail egg incubator with

    automatic control of temperature, humidity and time of turningthe eggs using microcontrollers and parameters set by user.

    Objective

    To design experimental system for incubation and hatching eggs formore quality and effective.

    To design turning egg system.

    To design experimental machine that is able to control thetemperature and humidity in incubator automatically based on the

    various types of quail eggs.

    Water filling system

    This system will be designed automatically by using sensors

    Water reservoir outside incubator will automatically supply the water at

    water pan in the incubator

    Ventilation system

    Forced air will be streamed using exhaust fan The air will be fill the space inside incubator

    convective air will flow from bottom to top

    Circuit system This system will be controlled by the microcontroller

    Sensor will give feed back to the controller in order to stabilize the system
