The main purpose of Haleeb Milk is to use it as

a tea whitener. Although it is full

creampasteurized milk as it has 3.5% fat

according toPakistan’s food law it’s mainly used

for making tea.

Summary 

Haleeb foods were established in 1986 and its firstproduct was Haleeb Milk. Now in this project we study

distribution channel of Haleeb milk. Haleeb foods providedifferent service output to their customer likebulk breaking, special convinces, waitingtime, assortment & variety, information provision and services. The activities or functions that produce the service outputs demanded by consumer are physical possession,promotion flow, negotiation, financing risking, ordering andpayment. Then there is a gap analysis in which demandand supply gaps are identified and then

closed.Furthermore, power and conflict in channel arealso talked
