Double-head automatic dosing/wrapping machine designed for the packaging of traditional portions of processed cheese.

New design with streamlined kinetic and mechanic motions for a production capacity up to 250 portions/minute.

Key upgrades include a new foil saving cutter and fully removable dosing assembly.Traditional filling system with formation of the wrapping shells from reel-fed heat sealing aluminium foil and application of heat sealing alufoil lid inside the filled shell for subsequent portion clo-sing and sealing.Each wrapping includes an internal ‘consumer-friendly’ easy ope-ning tear strip and an external paper brand label.

The portions are finally gathered in the required bundle configura-tion and carried onto the outfeed conveyor.

Automatic cartoning machine for triangular portions of processed cheese in round boxes (4 layers max). The closed boxes are taken automatically from the magazine, opened and the lids separated from the bottoms. The bottom is placed over the formed bundle of portions, capsized and fed to the outfeed belt where it receives the lid for closing.

FF3/V - FF3/V-R

500 ppm high speed filling line formed by two parallel FF220/V or FF220/V-R machines with synchronized differentiated-speed conveyors leading to a single downstream boxing or cartoning machine, including customized product bundle forming units .

SF254

The SF254 machine is specially designed to package trays containing portions of processed cheese received from the dosing machine.The machine produces the trays starting from creased blanks that are wrapped around the groups of portions.The tray containing the products is then placed within a carton sleeve of paperboard.A gluing unit applies the glue stitches needed to close the carton sleeve around the tray.Once formed, filled and closed the trays are placed on the exit conveyor belts.

Automatic cartoning machine for square or rectangular portions of processed cheese in single layer boxes: The boxes are formed from magazine-fed flat board blanks around the automatically pre-formed bundle of portions.The boxes are closed with hot melt glue and sealed between two parallel horizontal belts.
