The Field Training Bonus

*The qualification period is 90 days in the US. To remain at the $200 per 1 recruit x $1000 amount, you must complete pre-licensing in your first 60 days. If you do not, the banked amount reduces to $100 per 1 recruit and $1000.

*The banked amount is paid out when your life license is issued within 90 days of your IBA date
