Today, HealthWay provides its Mail-Meds services to more than 1 million Maryland State Employees Association members. HealthWay secured a partnership with the Maryland State Employees Association at the beginning of 2014. By the end of the fiscal year, HealthWay had filled 13,607 prescriptions. HealthWay’s commitment to customer service has led to substantial economic growth. During 2014, customer service inquiries dropped 21 percent from 214 to 168 while revenue increased 36 percent from $4.5 million to $7.5 million. The Maryland State Employees Association has reported its pleasure with HealthWay’s services. HealthWay has passed all of the Maryland State Employees Association’s quality control inspections. HealthWay’s revenue jumped from $4.5 million to $7.5 million. HealthWay grew from 500 employees in 2009 to 2,620 employees in 2015. Contributions in the community This means every 1 in 6 Maryland resident receives by-mail prescription service from HealthWay. HealthWay currently employs 2,620 people. That is a job for every 12.6 Federal Hill residents. HealthWay proudly provides Mail-Meds services to more than 1.4 million members of the health insurance plans of 345 organizations in Maryland. HealthWay provides friendly pharmaceutical services to small communities and urban areas. We develop relationships by supporting the communities in which we operate. We serve our customers through accessible, by-mail prescriptions and affordable retail. Through our services, we aim to integrate our HealthWay family into local neighborhoods.
