What is EZMaxMobile?

EZMaxMobile is an application that can be placed on a mobile device that allows access to inventory and other functions within the Maximo application.

Application works for Apple, Windows and Droid platforms.

Users can be anywhere with a cell signal to utilize the application.

Bar Code Scanning

EZMax Mobile provides the functionality to scan labels or UPC codes associated with materials to quickly access material information.

Records can be updated quickly and accurately reducing any chance for human error associated with manually entered item numbers.

We expect to improve customer service by being able to rapidly move a purchase requisition thru the approval process.

We expect this tool will help modernize our warehousing process by giving associates a tool for a device they are already comfortable with.

We expect this application will help our inventory clean up efforts.

EZMaxMobile Limitations

EZMaxMobile does have some limitations and is not intended to replace the desktop version of Maximo. Some of the limitations are listed below.

• Cannot generate new items within the application

• Cannot create or review exception notifications

• Currently cannot create a Purchase Order within the application but this functionality is in the works.
