• The importance about creating instructions is that your need to make them as detail and easy to understand as can so that the audience gets a better idea of what you are trying to say. This instructions will show you step by step on how to create an Instruction Power Point Presentation.

Subject: Proposal on How to upload images from you digital camera Instructions
Thank you for taking the time to read and analyze my proposal. I am requesting for you to review and
allow me to spend about 20 hours writing and researching for my instruction tutorial, using Microsoft
Power Point 2007. What this power point is going to contain are descriptive steps to upload any kind of
image or videos from a digital camera and transfer them into the computer. There is going to be a 10
minimum of slides per step and it will also explain any kind of important cautions that the user needs to
have before performing this task. This is targeted to any kind of person who needs help trying to upload
pictures into their computer. Now this power point only covers the procedures of uploading and saving,
no other tasks aside of those will be mention.
The Problem. Uploading
I know there are many people that like to take pictures and also capture video about important moments
with family members and friends. Once capturing those moments they want to share them with others
either via email or in their online albums created on their Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and other profile
accounts. Also simply just saving them on their computer to empty their memory cards and continue
shooting pictures. The big question is how I am going to transfer those images in order to save them into
my computer? The best thing about uploading them is that you can have the ability of doing anything to
those images. Many people don’t know that they need a usb/memory convertor or a usb cable in order to
upload their images. I work at a library in the IRC (Internet Resource Center) section and I’ve seen these
kinds of problems. What seems so easy to me for example to connect the camera to the computer, gets
other people heads to explode.
Easy Steps to success
What seems so clear and so easy for me to perform can be shown to other people who do not know how
to perform this task. That is why I am going to create a power point slide show that is going to explain
with very detail descriptions the easiest way to upload images that were saved in an external device,
which in this case would be the digital camera into the computer. I would show visual images where the
usb port in the camera is located and what kind of cable or converter needs to be use in order to transfer
the images. Also I will show where exactly you need to click in order to get the window in the computer
that will allow people to transfer. This tutorial is going to be so simple to understand that anyone with this
problem and just a little bit of experience with computers is going to understand it.
