Since 1990, Brian Z. Guertin, now President/CEO of EVC has specialized in special event planning, event production and project event management by delivering expert integration of the major business disciplines, through his many consulting projects in various industries. We enable our clients to better inform, entertain, sell to, train, motivate, and reward their target audiences. Due to our fluency in English & Spanish, as well as affiliations with language translation specialists, our portfolio of clients is both culturally and geographically diverse.

EVC has extensive experience on both coasts, including Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, California and now Florida. In addition to the US, we have widespread experience south of the border in various cities of Mexico, including Playa del Carmen and Cancun, along with Puerto Rico and to the country of Honduras with events & screenings in San Pedro Sula, Tegulcigalpa, El Progresso, Roatan and La Ceiba.

EVC specializes in the creation, design and production of events that create positive exposure opportunities to attract your business' target demographic. We not only cater to corporations, but to the private sector with their most intimate gatherings, weddings, dinner parties, etc.

At EVC, our main focus is on bringing culturally diverse events into communities that will promote all areas of the arts such as painting, sculpting, fashion design, culinary arts, music, furniture design, architectural design, dance, performing arts and more. Strategic Fundraising Services

Event Visions strives to enhance the overall cultural presence and humanitarian services in communities by working with public and private entities to create events, programs and facilities while assisting with promotional efforts and finding funding sources along with in-kind donations of products and services.

Assess client’s mission to align proper strategic fundraising goals and objectives

Identify target donors (Public & Private) and develop solicitation strategies for specific target audiences. Ranging from: Annual Gifts, Major Gifts, Mega Gifts, Capital Campaign Gifts (bricks & mortar/naming opportunities) and Endowment/Planned Gifts

Develop, coordinate, research and implement specific fundraising strategies targeted toward securing gifts among various affinity groups

Artist Management

At EVC we continuously strive to bring culture and entertainment to the forefront of society. Through the many services that we offer, our clients our provided with unique opportunities to gain the recognition that they desire and deserve.

EVC creatively pursues many avenues to bring exposure to our clients through events, civic, cultural and philanthropic organizations, successfully unifying talent, events and various projects to create a mutually beneficial atmosphere for all parties involved to prosper.

EVC works with the clients in all aspects of their development, marketing and publicity. We provide fashion stylists, designers, photographers, make-up artists, hair stylists, language tutors and so much more.

EVC will assist you in creating high quality media kits, comp cards, autograph photos, business cards and other promotional materials for special projects and/or campaigns.

Through our many strategic partners, EVC will assist you with all of your travel accommodations, transportation, charters, currency exchange, etc. EVC also may provide security based upon your full or part time needs.

Brian Z. Guertin, for over 20 years has amassed a plethora of experience in many fields by delivering expert integration of the major business disciplines, through his many consulting projects in various industries. He has been specializing in special & corporate event concepts, planning, event production and project management while providing the additional revenue and exposure generating benefits of public relations, marketing and advertising to his associations.

Brian currently heads Event Visions Consulting, a special event & public relations firm has extensive experience nationally and internationally. In addition to the US, He has widespread experience south of the border in various cities of Mexico, including Playa del Carmen and Cancun where he was partner in a real estate development firm & boutique hotel extending business to Puerto Rico with an upscale bar/lounge. Additionally Event Visions did extensive work in the country of Honduras with events, speaking engagements and movie premieres & screenings in San Pedro Sula, Tegulcigalpa, El Progresso, Roatan and La Ceiba.

Formerly a member of the Board of Directors for one of America’s premier outdoor malls, Lincoln Road Marketing/Merchant’s Association where he led the team to create marketing events, art events, hosted travel companies and dignitaries from tourism industries worldwide. Additionally, Brian held a seat on the Board of Directors for ECOMB –Environmental Coalition of Miami Beach for nearly seven years and was the Chairman of the Fundraising & Events Committee working with public, private and government entities creating special events and conferences. Challenge of Change a Global Environmental and Humanitarian Foundation will be launched soon with business partner Erwin Arrieta, former OPEC President, Minister of Energy & Mines-Venezuela & Ambassador to Kuwait & the United Arab Emirates.

Brian’s latest ventures include Satellite Art Events for which he and his team produced and curated the Satellite Art + Design Fair during Art Basel 2009, slated to be an annual event in Miami. The second of the latest ventures is a collaboration with movers and shakers from the Upper East Side to create a non-profit organization called “Friends Who Lunch” to fundraise for various charities such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Corporate Biography -Administrative Director

Kim Pender is an intelligent, creative and self motivated individual who is dedicated and focused. She has worked in a variety of fields during her career paths. She uses this diversity to bring a level of excellence and style to our company that is unsurpassed. Her attention to detail and resilience to handle multiple tasks at once make her a key individual in our company. She is great at executing our vision in any environment to make our events flawless.

Kim has worked for over 20 years in the administrative and corporate world. Recently working for a hospital she used her creativity to organize and manage the day to day task to keep the Obstetrics Unit running efficiently and flawlessly. Her attention to detail and non nonsense approach accentuates her passion and integrity for the work she does. Previously working for the Fortune 500 insurance company Unum she excelled in learning and understanding the corporate sector. This enhanced understanding in the corporate world coupled with her administrative experience has catapulted her into a unique position poised to handle every aspect of Event Vision Consulting Services with integrity and trust.

Her recent endeavors working with Event Visions Consulting include the Honey Shine Mentoring Program Fundraiser and The Great Taste of the Grove Food and Wine Festival. Both of these events were key fundraisers for the organizations they represent. Honey Shine is an organization which helps mentor young girls to help give them a strong foundation of self worth and esteem. The Great Taste was designed to help the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce raise funds to help maintain community based programs in Coconut Grove. These events highlight the importance of having a balanced range of events and promote the importance of united communities and individuals.
