STANDARD FEATURES
Spindles
The heavy duty Eurotech cartridge type spindle is driven by amotor coupled with a gear box. Also, the combination of therigid headstock and spindle construction with the high torqueand power available at low rpm allows high chip removalrates and maximum accuracy.

This system moni-tors the loading ofthe most heavilyused tools: e.g. 1stOP. cutting tools,roughing tools,drills or U-drills. Itensures safe auto-matic machining with limited operator presence (option).
This special softwaredetects the abnormalload created by a col-lision during rapidtraverse or within themachining process.When a collisionoccurs, spindle rota-tion is stopped andthe axis movement ishalted thus dampen-ing the interference and limiting damage to the tooling. NOTE: this function does not prevent collisions.
