Martin Sneddon – Martin is former CEO of Rugby New Zealand, the bodyresponsible for staging the extremely successful Rugby World Cup 2011.He currently resides as Chief Executive of the New Zealand TourismIndustry Association.

Tim Crow - Tim is recognised as one of the world’s leading sports sponsorshipactivation strategists consulting with all major sports events from FIFA World Cup,Rugby World Cup, Six Nations to Formula One.

Rick Traer – Rick spearheads Canadian Sport Tourism Alliance, an industrydriven organisation who have attracted global acclaim for leading the wayin the development of Sports Tourism.

Julian Jenkins - Julian Jenkins is responsible for the commercial and marketingdevelopment of Cardiff City Football Club who are in their first season in theEnglish Premier League.

Neil Carney – Neil is the head of venue and event planning for the first EuropeanGames in Baku to be held in 2015. He previously held senior managementroles with London 2012 Olympics, Volvo Ocean Race and the Special Olympics World Games.

Sarah Harvey – Sarah is MD of Tough Mudder Europe, the largestAdventure race brand in the world. She is responsible for the future growthof Tough Mudder events in Europe.

Patrick Torrent – Patrick has been instrumental in developing tourismfor Barcelona and Catalonia working with professional sports such as FormulaOne and FC Barcelona to develop destination marketing strategies focusedon globally recognised sports brands.

Keith Wood – Keith is Founding Director of W2 Consulting. He has worked withsome of the world’s biggest brands in sports marketing and works closelywith Sports and Tourism bodies through W2 Consulting Sports Tourism IrelandInitiative.

Lawrence Dallaglio – Lawrence is a former International rugby player and mediacommentator who set up the Dallaglio Foundation in 2009. He has been involvedin some of the highest profile sports charity events in the UK raising millionsthrough sport.

Lars Olsen - Lars has been responsible for developing large scale sports tourismevents through the Danish Knowledge Centre of Coastal Tourism resulting in thecreation of a range of bespoke World Cup sports tourism events.

Dr. Terry Stevens - Terry has led global thinking on the potential for sportstourism having worked on strategic sports tourism projects and destinationdevelopment in over 40 countries.

John Cantwell - John has overseen the management of Thomond Park Stadiumsince its opening in 2008 establishing it as a top class International sports &entertainment venue.

Keith McCormack – Keith is responsible for strategic National sporting,cultural and tourism events with Fáilte Ireland and will oversee thedevelopment of the National Strategy for Sports Tourismin Ireland.

Special Olympics arethe nominated charitypartner for the EuropeanSport Tourism Summit.A contribution fromeach registration will bemade to SpecialOlympics Ireland.
