Basement SpeedingSpeeding in the basement is still occurring. We request that all drivers, both two wheelers and four, be told to be doubly cautious in the basement. Drivers caught speeding in the basement will be barred from the Espacio Premises.

Villa SalesPlease note sales of villas must include an Association NOC letter as well as transfer fee to the Association as stated in the Bye-laws.

SecuritySecurity has been found asleep in the night. Residents are requested to write and report such incidents to the Facilities Manager and the committee.

Basement Debris

Debris has substantially increased in the basement. Please have your basement debris and leftover material removed at the earliest. If you are in the process of remodeling or planning to remodel please do seal the area of work in the name of health and decorum.

Espacio VolunteersAs owners and residents please feel free to step forward to contribute in any way towards theimprovement of the community space.

Waste SegregationWaste segregation continues to be refined on the property. We ask that residents be vigilant in segregation as BBMP will refuse to take incorrect segregation, creating issues for the whole community. We thank the

volunteers who have taken on this task.

Basement safety equipmentWe are now researching procurement of the same. We thank those who have come forward to help with this process.

GymThe gym is now open for usage.

Pool, Lounge & Party AreasAll the above areas are undergoing the final treatments, including electrical light fittings, and sanitary equipment. They will be available for usage shortly.

Fireworks tips• Always use fireworks outside and have a bucket of

water and a hose nearby in case of accidents.• Steer clear of others — fireworks have been

known to backfire or shoot off in the wrong direction

• Never throw or point fireworks at someone, even in jest.

• Avoid carrying fireworks in your pocket• Point fireworks away from homes• Light one firework at a time• never relight a dud• Soak all fireworks in a bucket of water before

throwing them in the trash can• Keep pets indoors to reduce the risk that they'll

run loose or get injured.• If a child is injured by fireworks, immediately go

to a doctor or hospital. • If an eye injury occurs, don't allow your child to

touch or rub it, as this may cause even more damage. Also, don't flush the eye out with water or attempt to put any ointment on it. Instead, cut out the bottom of a paper cup, place it around the eye, and immediately seek medical attention.

• If it's a burn, remove clothing from the burned area and run cool, not cold, water over the burn (do not use ice)
