Basement speedingPlease note that speeding in the basement, including the blind curve, is very dangerous to both adults and children. All speeding events have been recorded by the dvr and we request that all drivers be doubly cautious in the basement.

Espacio volunteersAs owners and residents please feel free to contribute in any way towards the improvement of the community space. There are some specific areas where the community could use some help. These are detailed below.

Waste segregationWith the new BBMP regulations effective, we are looking for volunteers to help stream line our waste disposal efforts. Shuba Harish has volunteered to help. If you would like to contribute please contact her.

Gym equipment volunteersAs the community moves forward towards the closure of the clubhouse renovation activities, we would like help with selection and procurement of gym equipment. If you would like to participate, the mims espacio community would appreciate it.

Basement safety equipment volunteersWe will be installing safety equipment in the basement (speed breakers etc) and would also like help with the selection of the same.
