QUALIFYING RULES

1. Rebate for foodservice operators in the U.S. only. Rebates are for specific locations and will not be processed for agents or other representatives of operators.

2. To qualify, operator must purchase a minimum of one case of Knorr® qualifying products. For each qualifying purchase of Knorr,® operator will receive a rebate for $10 per case, up to 25 cases, for a total maximum rebate of $250 per location. Final rebate based on invoice amount(s). Operator must make purchase between July 1–December 31, 2015.

3. This offer is good only for the item numbers listed on this coupon.

4. Verify proof of purchase with copy of receipt(s) clearly showing invoice/order number, purchase date, case quantity and completed operator information. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

5. All claims must be postmarked by January 31, 2016. Allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery for rebate.
