Flag Beach first opened its doors in 1988 and since then we have grown to be the largest water sports centre in the north of Fuerteventura. With an exclusive beach front location, multi lingual team of qualified instructors, we offer windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, sup, kayaking and snorkelling with pick up service included for most courses.

At Flag Beach we pride ourselves in running quality windsurf courses, teaching to a high standard. All our instructors are VDWs qualified and speak a minimum of two languages.

Flag Beach is a 400m long bay with a deep water reef 200m offshore, the wind is predominantly side shore from the left and usually picks up in the afternoon, making it ideal for the lighter wind sailors in the morning and intermediates to advanced later in the day.

We classify Flag Beach as being an intermediate-advanced location 70% of the year, but only 20 mins away we have a perfect teaching lagoon. Anyone booking a course is collected from their hotel or apartment and taken to the lagoon which has flat water, is chest deep and shelte-red, making it a perfect teaching environment. We stock a wide selection of the latest Fanatic boards and a full range of north sails, all extras like harnesses, wetsuits, booties, etc.

Flag Beach is a VDWs (Ver-band Deutsche Windsurf chulen) recognized centre; we have been a VDWs centre since 1991. After completing courses with us you can get certified and issued with a licence from this association which allows you to hire equip- ment anywhere in the world.

Flag Beach was one of the first centres to start teaching kitesurfing in spain and the first in the canary islands, we have been teaching since 1999!With big open spaces and a wind strength of not more than 25 knots, Flag Beach is the perfect place to learn to kite and is without a doubt the best kiting beach in the canary islands.our courses are taught to a high standard by multilingual and qualified instructors. the courses are limited in number to four per instructor on shore and two per instructor in the water. our courses in the water are taught from our fleet of semi-rigid Zodiacs at sea. this allows for unlimited bodydragging distances and more water time with no wasted walking along the shore line.

fly like an eagleendless rider if you can relaunch and ride short distances and all you need is practice then join our endless ri-der. it is 4 kites in the air, 1 boat, 1 instructor and full downwind blasting for 2 hours or as long as you can handle it!

s.O.s. rescue coverthis is aimed at private kiters and if purchased in advance gives you unlimited use of our equipment rescue service during opening hours. price covers you for a maximum of 15 days.

With an abundance of sea life and crystal clear water; Fuerte ventura and the is-land of Lobos offer perfect locations for snorkelling. We run daily trips to various beaches and coves depen ding on the sea conditions .

Fun, easy, family-friendly day out on one of Fuerteventura’s sandy beaches. Available every day at 10 am, 4 hours duration and includes transport, wetsuit and body board.

not only is it fun but also easy and we supply both single or double sit on kayaks so families can easily partake. come and joins us and lets discover the bay in Lobos where we can snorkel or climb the volcano.
