If there is a way you can get rid of all negative feelings you
have about something
are going to give it a chance& try it?
There is a technique easy to learn & ideal for self-help
It is called
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is an emotional healing technique
the approach relieves symptoms by tapping various body locations
this tapping balance the energy of the body when we think about or experience an emotionally disturbing
situation
when energy balanced ,
the upset is usually resolved
the memory stay!
But the negative emotions about it is gone!
It is Based on the principle of
using the mind to connect to the
problem.
Then treat the energy system to clear it
completely.
EFT can be Helpful with:
• Stress• Headaches (Migraines)• Physical Pain• Phobias• Depression• Fear• Panic• Negative Thoughts• Tension• Anxiety
• Weight Loss• Cravings• Nervousness• Insomnia• Social Anxiety• Grief• Personal Development• Traumatic Memories• Improving

Now here come simple explanations for the technique

1st choose the problem or the situation with a negative emotion & you want to get rid of
because it prevent your progress in life
measure the feeling you have when you remember this experience
&give it scale from (1-10)
so you can measure the development in every time you do this technique .
till its gone en sha’a Allah
Start the tapping on these points & no difference to tap on right or left side of the body or even
both sides
watch the following picture to see where to tap
choose good positive sentence like :
“Even though I have this ___ problem___, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Repeat the positive sentence you choosed 3 times while you are tapping as shown in the picture
( this is a preparation step)
The main technique
tapping on these points shown on demonstration picture almost 7 times
while you remember & think about the problem you want to get rid off!
Then begin the main phase
by tapping 7 times
& think only about the problem

3rd point
think about the problem

Then on the start tapping on the
clavicle bone
Under the arm point
Then fingers
1st thumb nail
Index nail
Middle fingernail
The end of the main phase with
the little fingernail
Then tap by finger the Gamut area like shown in picture
Now
Close your eyes
then
open your eyes
Look at the bottom right
( without moving your head)
Then look at the bottom left
( without moving your head)
Draw a circle by your eyes
( clockwise direction )
Draw a circle by your eyes
( counter clockwise direction )
make a melody in your head
& count
1----2----3-----4-----5
then make melody in your head again
Then repeat the main phase again
by tapping the main points
& compare your feelings about the problem before & after the technique
Do it again & again( the EFT technique)
until your negative emotions gone completely
&
