 One Direction was in the seventh series of x factor UK.They were originally solo artists but they got sent home.Just as they were leaving a manager came and called them in.Niall Louis Zane Harry and Liam were all put together and then they heard the exciting news that they were going to be a group.They came third then got sent home Simon cowell their coach said they were to good so then he signed them on his record label.
