EXPLANATION: - Two different types of trampolines (show the differences) - Each trampoline has two long and two short legs, and two long and two short
sticks (show how to build it) ORGANIZATION:
- 4 groups give a number to make the groups - Each group build 1 trampoline + 1 big mat + 2 small mats (show the structure)
2 SAFETY RULES

SAFETY RULES - One by one only one person jumping at the same time in the trampoline - Make sure there’s nobody in the big mat - Jump in the middle zone of the trampoline
3 BASIC JUMP

EXPLANATION: - Fust run up - Good jump into the trampoline - Body is fully straight - Landing is good, knees bend
ORGANIZATION: make 4 lines, each line in a trampoline. Practice the basic jump My position next to the trampolines to be able to correct their jumps

EXPLANATION: - One is the Pacman (tagger) and the others escape - Run only on the lines - When you are tagged, you are the new tagger and the other escape

2 REVIEW SERVE

EXPLANATION: - Ask questions: “How can we do the serve?” “Which are the badminton lines?” - 2 types of service:
- Forehand thumb in the wide part of the handle, your hand looking to the sky - Backhand thumb in the thin part of the handle, your hand looking to the floor
Do an example for each type of serve - Hit the ball from your square to the diagonal square - Blue lines
3 SERVE EXERCICE

Make pairs, one shuttle and 2 rackets per pair EXPLANATION:
- Do a serve to the other side of the field, the other catch the shuttle and do the same
- Try both types of serve Do an example
4 GAME

Make groups of 4, each group with one shuttle and 2 rackets EXPLANATION
- Two of the group are playing and the others are waiting next to the field - Field half of the badminton field (blue lines) - Focus on the service the point for the other person when the service is wrong
counts double - Games to 3 points, then change the pair - Explain rules
RULES - Serve from the square - When do I make a point? when the other person hits the shuttle out, when my
shuttle goes to the floor in the other side of the net inside the field, when the service other person is wrong
- Hit the shuttle only once

Make groups of 4 people. Tell numbers to make the groups. EXPLANATION:
- A racket each one and a shuttle per group - GOAL To go to the cone and come back hitting the shuttle. The group that ends
first is the winner. VARIATIONS:
1. Not hitting but holding the shuttle 2. Hitting the shuttle low 3. Hitting the shuttle higher 4. Hitting the shuttle while running

EXPLANATION: - “How can we make the opponent moving? We need to spread the game?” - CLEAR high and long hit, to the bottom of the field - Combine it with short hits - Make an EXAMPLE
3 PRACTICE CLEAR: GAMES

EXPLANATION: - Play a game. Two of the group are playing, two are referees. - GOALS: good service
Play CLEARS (at least one clear each player) - Change after 3 points
RULES: Same than last day:
- Half of the badminton field - Normal pointing system - Serve from the square - Hit only once
4 TOURNAMENT

To play a tournament 4 groups of 4/5 15’
EXPLANATION: - TOURNAMENT you have a pair, each time you miss a point you change the
player (EXAMPLE) - 1 minute game - After 1 minute, the pair who wins goes to the right and the pair who lose to the left - If the result is a draw, the pair who was first in that field goes to the right - At the end of the tournament the players who are in the right are the winners
RULES: - Same rules than the exercise before
WHAT I WANT TO SEE: - Good SERVICE - Move the opponent = CLEAR = spread the game

EXPLANATION: - Start turning after the jump, not before touching the jumping zone - Balance with your arms - Good landing, blend knees - Look a fix point, at the height of your eyes
Start with 180º. When the jump is good go to 360º.

2 ZONE EXERCISE

Make two zones in each field with cones: 1m from the net and 1m from the bottom of the field
1st. Review the CLEAR high and long hit EXPLANATION:
- Game with normal rules (the same than last week) - Two are referees and two are playing - Points in any of the two red zones of the opponent field count double - Change every 5 points
