Director for Operations – Technical Mr. Syam . S holds an M.Sc. (Tech.) Instrumentation Degree from BITS - Pilani, India. A result oriented professional, he has 30+ years of experience in Engineering, Projects, Installation, Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance, Shutdowns and Start-ups and Turnarounds / Capital Repairs in Industrial plants. His accomplishments are recognized across various sectors of Petrochemicals, Steel, Power and Air Separation. Prior to Einstro, Syam has worked with Sahara Petrochemicals in Jubail, KSA. He also worked with ISPAT Industries, India and SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant, India in various Technical and Leadership roles. His core competencies includes Industrial Automation, Project Management, People Management and Technical Supervision with a focus on timely delivery, safety and quality. Vijay Patil Director for Projects, Training Mr. Vijay holds a Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and a Graduate in Physics obtained from Shivaji University with distinction. He is highly qualified Trainer for Classroom, Workshop, On Job Training (OJT). He is also a Certified Assessor from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), UK for the Oil & Gas Industry. He has 25+ years of experience in Process Instrumentation, Projects, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance. Prior to Einstro, Vijay has worked in the Middle East for SHELL, LUKOIL, Conoco Gas Plant, and Petroleum Development of Oman(PDO) . He also worked in India with Larsen & Toubro, ISPAT and Grasim Industries etc.

Sakthi Prasath Director for Global Manpower Mr. Sakthi holds a Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University. He is responsible for Manpower Operations, Planning and executing the business strategy, leading the overall performance for the growth of our organization. He is having more than a decade of experience globally. Prior to Einstro, Sakthi has worked for leading international Oil & Gas, Energy, IT services firm like SPIE, Marske Site Services, and Radiant Systems. He is also a Professional member of SHRM – United States, IRP United Kingdom etc.

Nilesh Shinde Vice President - Projects Mr. Nilesh is technically qualified E &I professional with 15+ years of experience in projects executing on turnkey basis. He had executed several projects in Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Erection & Commissioning, Maintenance and Operations etc. Currently associated with Einstro and Managing Partner of Shri Instruments and has executed several projects for major clients in India like HPCL, Kudankulam Nuclear Plant, GAIL India, Savita Oil (SAVSOL), Unilever, Pharma Plants etc.

Sachin Narvankar Vice President – Operations Mr. Sachin is highly qualified E & I professional with 15+ years of experience in E & I Design & Detailed Engineering, Calibration, Erection & Commissioning, site supervision etc. Currently associated with Einstro and Managing Partner of Shri Instruments, and has executed several projects for major clients in India like HPCL, Kudankulam Nuclear Plant, GAIL India, Savita Oil (SAVSOL), Unilever, Pharma Plants etc.
