1948Reconstruction, production of machine tooling and aggregates,pressure cylinders, valves and injection nozzles.Development and production of the Eckerle high pressure external gear pump,used in LANZ-Bulldozer. GOTEC external gear pump

1950Development of first oscillating piston pump to use as suction pump.Delivery height 5 to7m, for delivery of heating oil out of the tank in the basementto supply oil to the ovenSetting up of 14 representations and 45 maintenance stations.

1970Licensing of the high pressure-internal gear pump IPHto NACHI FUJIKOSHI, Japan, for production and sales in Asia

1981VOITH produced 50,000 IPH pumps and NACHI 100,000 pumps

1983Foundation of the Eckerle Industrie-Elektronik GmbH,production of electronic ballasts for lightning industrie, brand EVG

19855,000,000 UNI burner pumps were produced.Since release of ZÖV 300,000 oil feed pumps for suction, pressure and continuous operating heating oil pump systems have been manufactured.

1991MANNESMANN REXROTH took over 50% of ECKERLE HYDRAULIK.New name ECKERLE REXROTH, 320 people are employed.

1994UNI burner pump production was sold to SUNTEC.Reduction of the crew to 130 colleagues.

1996MANNESMANN REXROTH took over the remaining 50%

1997End of 1997 closing down of the branch in Malsch

1997Foundation of ECKERLE HYDRAULIC DIVISION department.Taking over former employees from ECKERLE REXROTH toECKERLE INDUSTRIE ELEKTRONIK

More than 40 years, Eckerle has been successfully developing and optimizing gap compensated high pressure internal gear pumps.They are mainly used in industrial and mobile applications.

1997 Eckerle started development of 3rd Generation ofgap compensated high pressure internal gear pumps, in theindependent middle sized company.

EIPR Ring Pump, patented.1997 Displacement 0,18 - 4ccm/rev.

Gap compensated pump without fillerpiece, ideal to be used for massproduction.



The segment pump was further developed at ECKERLE. This gap compensated pump/motor could be used cw and ccw , in customized versions on enquiry. Can also be operated as pump and/orhydromotor.

EIPQ segment pump, reversible, patented.1997 Can be used for energy regeneration

systems.

EIPS segment pump1997 Displacement 5 - 50ccm/rev.

Gap compensated pump with splitted filler piece, more than 25 years experience. This technology has been further developedand can operate against 400 bar back pressure.
