Materials:Cut 6.5”x24” main fabricOne hair band

Step 1: Cut the fabric.

Step 2: Fold the fabric like an accordionand wrap the hair band over it.

Step 3: Wrap the fabric over the hair bandright sides together. Pin the raw edges facing outward.

Step 4: Start 3” from one short

end and sew clockwise aroundthe scrunchy, stopping 3” fromthe opposite short end.

Step 5: Flip fabric right side out.

Step 6: Sew the short raw edgesright sides together.

Step 7: Iron the opening closedand sew.
