Bay Organizers is a completelypersonalized service that aims to organ-ize, simplify and streamline your busi-ness, your life and even your home.Helping people increase productivity, organize complicated data into easy-to-use programs, and creating an easy-ac-cess system for people who want toincrease efficiency while decreasingstress and clutter in their lives, Bay Or-ganizers is more than a service, it’s alifesaver.

Lindsay Hull has many titles, rang-ing from “Professional Organizer” and“Business Consultant” to “That girlwho totally changed my life.” Lindsay’sprofessional background as a DatabaseAdministrator for a software company, coupled with her educational degreesin Computer Information Systems,Business, and Communications, givesher a unique set of skills that makes or-ganizing businesses a breeze.

Having access to the informationthat makes your business move forwardis key, and Lindsay is skilled at creatingthat access, and working it into a work-

flow that can mean more money foryou and your company. Data manage-ment and digital organization is just asimportant as paper files, which begs thequestion, “How organized are you?”

How Organized Are You?Lindsay says, “I owned and oper-

ated a business for ten years that helpedcompanies reduce overhead and savemoney by internally auditing expensesand cost centers. While working withbusiness owners, we found that manyof our clients didn’t have crucial busi-ness documents and important infor-mation at their fingertips that theyreally needed access to in order to besuccessful.” She adds, “I help businessowners become more organized, whether it’s setting up a file structure in‘the cloud,’ setting up QuickBooks, orhelping businesses become more pro-ductive and effective. Commercial or-ganization is what I have the mostexperience in. With my data back-ground, I also can sync contacts, emails, and calendars across platformsand devices to simplify your daily life.Information access is crucial, and I can

give people access to the informationthey need at all times – no matterwhere they are.”

Lindsay has worked with manylocal business owners who need tostreamline their workflow, from homeoffices to corporate offices that have lettheir filing and data systems becomecluttered or archaic. By organizingdata, whether physically or digitally, shehas singlehandedly changed the waythese companies do business, and theywouldn’t go back for the world. Dis-creet and confidential, Lindsay can de-clutter everything from your Rolodexto your hard drive, your personal pho-tos to your closet, and your desk toyour pantry.

In addition to organizing homeand corporate offices in terms of work-flow and space design, Lindsay often isrecruited to help businesses in otherways. For example, a local assisted liv-ing facility recently hired Hull improvethe design, workflow, and space usagein a very active and large Activity Cen-ter. When that project was complete, they asked her to design and imple-ment a Gift Shop storage room organ-

ized solution. Next, was a complete re-design of a three-room Clergy area forboth storage and daily function. Next, she’ll be working with their Dietaryneeds department

Lindsay’s personal approach toeach project also sets her apart. She cre-ates a relationship with each client thatis based on trust. She says, “I love help-ing people, and everyone has this needto be more organized.” She explains,“I help them to simplify and reduce

clutter. Doing this is great because ithelps to provide mental clarity as well. When you open a closet and clutterfalls out, it causes anxiety. I’m trying toget people to the point where they canwalk into their home or office, and getstarted, with everything in the rightplace. When the workplace is organ-ized, the work is better.”

Is Your Clutter out of Control?Do you feel like you’re not ready

when a client unexpectedly asks for in-formation? Are you lost when someoneasks you for important documents? Doyou feel like it would be easier to throweverything out and start over than toorganize what you have? Believe it ornot, Lindsay Hull can make sense ofeven the most neglected systems.

A sequential thinker, Lindsay’sunique talent for creating systems and“seeing data” has helped countless peo-ple get organized in everything from

their offices to their craft closets andtheir kitchens. She says, “Once I startworking with a client, they tend towant me to do more! They’ll say,‘here’s a box full of my business cardsthat I’d like accessible from my Mac,my PC and my phone.’ Or ‘I have tenyears of published articles in a giantbox, please scan, capture all metadata, and upload to my website.’ It’s all verypersonalized.”

What do you do with all of yourpictures? While we used to print themall out and put them in albums, manyof us simply have them saved on a vari-ety of electronic cameras and smartphones. What do we do with themafter that in order to preserve them? One of Lindsay’s many fortes is collect-ing photos and videos from a variety ofsources and saving them in a way thatmakes sense for you. From puttingeverything on a removable hard driveto placing them in “the cloud” wherethey can be enjoyed from anywherewhile being password protected, Lind-say makes family photos something toenjoy and preserve once again.

Lindsay’s attention to detail andcommitment to project completionmakes her an asset to anyone whocould use help with organizing their life

at work and/or at home. Her flexibilityand personalized organization skills en-able her to tackle organization prob-lems both large scale, such as acorporation’s workflow, but she canhelp you at home as well, organizingclosets, kitchens and she even has beenhired to unpack and set up people’shomes. Hiring Lindsay is an investmentthat can make a world of difference inyour everyday life.

She has a sense of humor, too, quipping, “One client said my serviceswere far cheaper than marital counsel-ing!”

Hiring her is as simple as having ameeting to discuss your specific projectneeds, your budget, and your desiredoutcome. Always working with yourbusy schedule and communicatingthroughout the duration, Lindsay is afantastic resource! Personalized furniture is nowavailable at very affordable pricesand offered in a wide array of attrac-tive colors and finishes. Home or-ganization has benefited greatlyfrom this trend.

Custom closets are quickly be-coming a standard option for home-owners. Improving the storage andorganization in a closet can add asmuch as three times the usual capac-ity of the old standard rail and shelf.Beyond the benefits of extra storage, custom closets look great and canadd value to the home. Additionalbenefits include finding clothing oraccessory items faster, enough spaceto keep clothes neatly pressed insteadof crushed and the additional roomto add new clothes.

With the high cost of construc-tion utilizing the benefits of a wall
